Joy Reyes-Moton is the co-owner of ECE Training Consultants and a passionate leader in early childhood education. She brings over a decade of experience as a daycare/preschool owner & director, CDA instructor, and mentor, helping educators grow professionally and meet their career goals. Joy combines her MBA background with her expertise in child development to create engaging, accessible, and supportive training programs.
Through ECE Training Consultants, she is committed to empowering educators with the tools and knowledge they need to succeed in today’s rapidly evolving early childhood field.

We truly value continuity of care and know how important consistency is in a young child’s life – which is why we our team is only made of of all permanent part-time and full-time educators. We employee regular permanent float educators which enables us to refrain from using “casual” or “agency” educators. This means that your child will always know and be familiar with every educator in the service!
